Do you feel trapped by your own life?
Anxious, burnt out & listless?
You know you're meant for something more, but you never quite get anywhere.
You can change everything, starting right now. Here's how:
Go slower to go faster.
Racing drivers know it, marathon runners know it, but do you?
Somewhere between wanting to be a perfect parent, partner & person, I forgot the part about slowing down...
Now I have to pump the brakes so I can take care of myself.
The art of journaling isn’t just about putting pen to paper; it’s a voyage into the depths of your mind. A journey where each word can untangle thoughts, making room for clarity and peace.
Have you traveled these depths today? 📖✍️
Since moving, it's been amazing to have a room to use as an office.
Having a set space for focus is so much better than working from a table in the living room!
Environmental boundaries matter as much as emotional boundaries.
Where can you improve?
New skills, better habits & a stronger self don’t appear overnight.
It takes time, effort, struggle, failure, discipline, commitment & repetition to change who you are.
So don’t get downcast.
Take good actions & you’ll get there one step at a time.
Embracing a growth mindset isn't just about celebrating the wins. It's about valuing the lessons in every setback. Take a moment today to reflect on a recent challenge - what did it teach you? Growth is hidden in unexpected places. Keep evolving.

Stay curious.

They have a tiny shop at the Viktualienmarkt but they’re making coffee from dawn til dusk every day.
Great lesson in finding what you love & then doing it properly.
After 2 months on Huel, I'm delighted by the price benefits (less than 6 euros / day for 2 meals & a snack vs. 15 euro lunches), but I'm getting bored of drinking powder.
It's a fun experiment, but I like eating real food, especially with savory or salty flavors!
So while it can be a challenging season, feedback can sow the seeds for your future.
Filter out the noise to find the good stuff.
Then embrace it.
There's no limit to how far you can go.
If you have a 9-5, annual reviews can be a tough topic.
I hate it 😡
But with the right attitude, you can gain a lot from the feedback on offer.
Take your ego out of the equation & really listen to what they say.
You might just find your path forward.
The changes I made helped me become more confident, more willing to engage with dissenting opinions & more ready to take the initiative.
Within months I got a raise, a promotion & then a new job—I made that feedback work wonders for me!
