@TPEassist I did. Only to find out 10 seconds before the train was due to depart that it was no longer stopping at my destination. Very poor transpennine. So bad you should be paying passengers to travel.

@TPEassist why are #transpennine so bad? Just boarded 4.15pm from Newcastle to be told it's not stopping at any station north of York. Very poor. Service so poor and unreliable it should be free.
