As his Minister of Higher Education Science and Technology during his regime, I witnessed the turn around of the education sector including the introduction of TVETS and Charters to University colleges.

I joined faithfuls for a Special Easter Church service and house warming party for Bishop Rev.Dr.Luka Maiyo,Eldoret Area Church Council,at his Kaptagat home.The guest speaker was Rev.Dr.Paul Kirui,Deputy presiding Bishop,A.I.C Kenya,who took time time to pray for all the leaders.
