About one week ago, the recently established @WHO emergency Hub in Dakar has played a pivotal role in the finalization of the classification of the #Senegal EMT2. This is the first ever classified African #EMT ready to be deployed around the world for saving lives during PHE.

With support from @USAID, @WHO has delivered 3,500 GeneXpert cartridges to the DRC. These vital supplies will enhance #Mpox testing in the hardest-hit provinces and strengthen the overall response.
