My family and I cane you in September humbly seeking your help in representing us in a court system that is being utilized by an all white supremacy judicial body. The city of Newport Rhode Island has absolutely no one of color working within their court systems and they have no concerns whatsoever about the laws or their codes of ethics when it comes to a black man and his family. They have manufactured police reports: they have spoken police reports into records in front of a district court judge who allowed it, without an official police report document and then used an entirely different report to the superior judge: the detective used an old case from 2010 and recharged me with: breaking a cell phone and implemented it into the yet another police report. It gets better: I wrote to the ACLU/ Police Standards/ the Mayor’s Office instead of receiving help: instead I git rearrested and forced to take a probation for a charge that I was never arrested for: It’s been since September and the DOJ files charges against me to appear in court July 14 and their court appointed lawyer has already said it clearly to my face “she doesn’t care if im innocent or not” My wife and my five daughters I just want to leave this state but they are holding us hostages with unlawful actions and activities.
