All 5 carriages rammed yesterday on the 1503 from Birmingham New Street to York; had to sit on the floor with others for 2.5hrs.
Another traveler informed us that there used to be 9 carriages on that service.
Thanks @CrossCountryUK I don't think I'll be travelling with you again.
