While traveling from Srinagar to Dhaka, ticket (PNR: SYJPNG) cancelled by airline officials due to a minor typo in visa where ‘W’ in passport number was printed as ‘A’ by the Embassy.

Importantly:
• The SAME visa was accepted earlier during travel from Dhaka to Srinagar
• The SAME typo was again accepted later for travel from Delhi to Dhaka

Despite this, the Srinagar official cancelled ticket & forced to book a new one (PNR: WB32RG) causing financial loss

Worst nightmare happened with my sister while traveling from Srinagar to Dhaka through @IndiGo6E on 03/04/2026. A minor typo error on visa resulted in the mental harassment and financial loss. Unauthorized ticket cancelation & issuance of new ticket resulted a loss of Rs. 25600
