Dropped $1,828.39 3 months ago on an iPhone 17 Pro Max, 512/1 TB. Went kaput yesterday (after 3 months of ownership). "Genius" said parts are out of stock. "We'll call in 2 weeks. Bring the phone in, wait 2 hours for a tech to replace the parts."

Lovely phone, lousy service.

…we’ll call you in weeks when the parts come in.”

This from the most valuable company in the world?

You’ve gotta be kidding. SELL YOUR APPLE STOCK. PEOPLE!

[Mark Levit @professorlevit]

Upgraded to iPhone 17. Something went wrong today, early afternoon. Ran it over to the Apple Store where the phones was pugged in to magic devices, the tech futzed with its interface—for a half hour. TECH: “Your phone is broken and needs parts. Good thing you bought Apple Care...

@WillieGeist @CityWineryNYC @natebargatze Bummer, boys. They’re sending me to Cleveland. Can a dedicated fan get a digital copy of the entire evening? Including outtakes and footage of Willie making mugs?

[Mark Levit @professorlevit]

@WillieGeist! Gonna try grabbing a couple @NateBargatze tickets today! I’ll fly in to my home town to enjoy a Sunday Sit Down live!

Imagine that. One of Nate’s & Willie’s fans — in the audience. And Willie won’t have to sell me a mug because I’m glad to pay for tickets!

I question conventional marketing wisdom, such as the arbitrary nature of generational categorization in product marketing.

You?

It’s on #Netflix. Called @Unreal. My new guilty pleasure.

[Mark Levit @professorlevit]

Google just emailed me an opportunity to become more familiar with its products.

For just $39.99!

Just Imagine, I could TALK to a salesman from Google who will sell me Google’s services. And I get to pay for the pitch!

I’ve finally made it to Google’s “Idiot List!“

[Mark Levit @professorlevit]

Awww…

Where’s @WillieGeist?

M coefficient is a numerical or constant value that is multiplied by a variable in an algebraic expression.

Does it mean anything else?

First draft of my book, half complete. I may die before my editor tells me it’s “ready.”

Ever written a book? How long did the gratification last?

[Mark Levit @professorlevit]

@nbc6, we’re glued to the app. Is green “safe” and red/yellow “danger?”

We received loud tornado warnings from the Emergency app, but they stopped. (We’re not in a room in which we can turn on a TV.)
