I brought Beef Jerky (Teriyaki, my fave) to the office here in Kochi, India. Apparently, they have no trouble with this, likely because Kochi is different. Anyway, three bags. One they gave out in the office Co-op for tasting. The other two they gave to the chef for a "salad or something" later this week... Jerky in a salad. Who knew? Also, I'm told it goes well with mayo and/or honey. Cultural exchange, I'm doing it right?

So I'm flinging litter leavings over the back fence (the accepted mode here in India) when I look over and see the neighbor gardener doing the same for his clippings.
