Kentucky Sheriff Shoots Judge Kevin Mullins After Office Argument.

Footage has emerged showing Kentucky Sheriff Shawn Stines fatally shooting Judge Kevin Mullins following an argument in the judge's office.

Earlier that day, the two had lunch together before the confrontation escalated. Reports indicate that Stines attempted to call his daughter from the judge's phone just before opening fire.

Kentucky State Police are currently investigating the incident but have not yet determined a motive. The shocking event has left the community in mourning as questions continue to surround the circumstances leading to the tragedy.
