Hey @Roblox, what’s going on?

I woke up today to find two of my accounts logged out. When I tried to log back in, I got a message saying my password was reset. But when I entered my email to recover them, I never got a reset email—seems like Roblox unlinked my email from my own account?

I’m no legal expert, but this doesn’t seem right. I contacted support, explained that I’ve spent real money on these accounts, and even provided Microsoft Store receipts as proof of ownership (which their own support site says they accept).

Yet, they still said they "can’t verify my ownership." How does that make any sense? I need answers.
