@Mariusz_Invest Same, I came off a 5yr fixed at 1.2%.. and got onto a 4.6% 5yr fixed 6 months ago.

Not horrendous..but I upsized my house / mortgage at the same time 🫠

@stevehill1mil You've got to expect 10- 20% pullbacks as a common occurrence.. especially in these times. Looks like ur maybe too heavy in the same sector. Diversify, don't look & keep adding to it!

Also.. everyone in same boat, not just your portfolio.
