Why is so much research in education still focused on “fixing students” and not the environment. Can we please get away from this deficit based approach?

The question is not how we help creative children thrive within our current system.
The question is how can we transform the system to support all children who all have the potential to be creative and authentic--discovering their individual talents and gifts.
