Very disappointed with Lowe’s hardware store In Nashua NH Placed order for a single item at 8 am. At 5 pm they are no5 done. Even worse they have no staff serving online pickup. barrier divides customer service and online orders. 30 minutes wait and then told not ready .
#Fios switched from xfinity to fios but it has been a billing nightmare. First I find out that can’t use credit card (or pay $10 more a month). Then I apparently signed up for promotional access to Verizon cloud and am being charged $19.99/mo. Not a happy customer.

#FIOS two bugs in their system and hard to believe they can't fix it. a) click paperless and it rolls back to saying do you want paperless b) You are in credit and switch to debit - it will not work. It stays with credit. Customer service here is the transaction id: 227820160001
#FIOS promised $39.99 rate in USA over holidays. They are billing at $49.99 customer service chat and phone are impotent. Linked to debit card and checking account and then paperless... still the saga goes on. Their system does not allow you to switch from card to banking.
