So apparently despite having the order number (which includes the information how you paid ) @uberEats_Scc requires you to give them your credit card information with the security code in order to issue a refund. What!?!

Heading to ER after eating Chicken Parm order through @UberEats from restaurant #Martinellos at 675 Onderdonk Ave Ridgewood NY. Took a bite and food felt like I ate a bite of scotch bonnet peppers. @Uber_Support help is to tell me they are sorry I was unhappy. 😳Wow!
