I play Toontown Rewritten and like to attempt multiple stupid challenges. Toons include Prof. Loopy Snorkelsnout, Gwen Electroflip, Sir Cricket, and Jane Doe.
Earlier, I posted a remaster of the original boss victory theme from the early, early days of TTO. Since then, I've added the unpitched percussion to the score, and also polished the sound with panning and reverb. Enjoy the updated version, now with VISIBLE sheet music! #Toontown
@St4rb1tz that is very disappointing to hear. hopefully they can get their act together soon because i am really looking forward to trying out the server when it drops. if that kind of culture is allowed to fester within staff and player base, i will be very hesitant to do that.
@NoContextTTO The amount of change that would come with GaG could warrant creating an entire new server. Making that a TTCC update instead would be a slap in the face to the active playerbase that got used to the current combat system that's already complex. Doing too much at that point.
If these were features announced for a brand new server that were coming soon, I wouldn't have much of an issue with anything. This being an update to TTCC, though? I'm not sure how well it's going to work out.
I have absolutely zero idea what's cooking in the TTCC kitchen, but I can smell the smoke from three blocks down. The system you had was already well received! Why tear it down to give players a system that emulates a Rube Goldberg machine on every single battle turn?
I don't necessarily think the features are a bad thing, to be clear. I just feel like there is so much different here that it being an update to an existing, established server feels like a slap in the face to the dedicated players of that server.
@NoContextTTO I'd say my favorite is Bossbot_Factory_v2. Something about the entrance of ALL of the instruments just hits different: https://t.co/3FhqIHZniJ
Not sure about least favorite, though if you had to make me pick, I'd go with Donald's Dock street music.
I posted this on Bluesky the same day I got it, but for anyone that isn't over there, I actually did finally get the rewardless duo Final Fringe! Video here: https://t.co/IqDnVwsnBO

EMERGENCY C0MMS PLEASE READ!!!
Insurance has once again chosen to not be very toony and has denied a claim making my therapy bill higher than it usually is. After rent, wifi and utilities I WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH
I am taking 4 fullbody slots for $45 fully shaded!!
@NoContextTTO The key from Legal Eagles is a guaranteed drop. It's the task right after that, the Key to Daisy Gardens from Legal Eagles, that's particularly annoying since it's a 25% drop rate from a Cog that you're really only finding in buildings by the time you get there.
I got teleport access to Bluesky Beach a while back, but never really went. I'm moving my estate there now though, so if you want to see more posts from me, come follow me over there! I'll see you on the Clear Coasts! So long, Twitter Turnpike! (yes i'm a corny coral cat, sue me)
Extra fun fact: Half of those 28 deaths ended up happening in the last 10-15 levels, including 4 of the non-foreman deaths. That said, even a 20% death rate is far lower than I was really expecting for this kind of grind, so I shouldn't complain.
Sir Cricket has finally completed all of the merits needed for maxing the v2.0 sellbot suit.
Final statistics are as follows:
Foreman deaths: 23
Other Factory Deaths: 5
Deaths before Lava Room: 2
Deaths before Silos: 4
Estimated Death Rate: ~20%
