Way back, I did a post about being the owner of too many sewing machines. I've improved & have 3 less! 1 I gave to a friend who wanted to learn, 1 I sold, & this 1 I donated to my local library (along with my book) so they can create a sewing kit for patrons to check out to use

I came across the button dress and had to share! omg, all the buttons!!! Did anyone else ever experience fabric stores that had a big bin of loose buttons? I remember my mom taking me to such a place as a kid and I loved to plunge my hands in it and look for button treasures.

I'm always under the opinion that you're never obligated to sew anything for anyone. Especially when it comes to something like a wedding dress. Money doesn't really sway my opinion-- I have to really like you to want to undertake all that. 😇
