@OVOEnergy Hi @ovoenergy, you've still not fixed this. Instead you just sent another incorrect bill, this time for £750 for January. You did send a meter reader around, who could immediately see that my meter is metric, as I said above. Any chance of fixing this on a reasonable timescale?

@OVOEnergy @MadBeardMan Thanks. Your DM mentioned~ 9 weeks to fix this. I'm hoping it's much less. You know I have a smart meter (because you get my readings that way); you know all smart meters are metric; so you just need to correct the metric conversion factor on my bill and reissue to fix this.
