The “prominent” cop who reportedly had loud sex with federal Judge Eleanor Ross has been identified as a deputy chief in the Atlanta Police Department.
Kelley Collier was unmasked as the high-ranking official who had a steamy affair with the married jurist appointed in the Obama era, according to Bloomberg Law, which cited a person familiar with the situation.
Collier, 55, is the community services division commander with the Atlanta PD, according to his bio on the agency’s website.
