Building is getting ridiculously cheap.
And that excites me… but also makes me a little uneasy.
When almost any idea can become a product in a weekend, I don’t worry as much about whether I can build it.
I worry about whether it deserves to exist.
AI can generate code faster than I can properly understand it.
That creates a new kind of technical debt:
understanding debt.
The code works.
The tests pass.
The PR ships.
But nobody really owns the mental model.
I think this will become a much bigger problem than we expect.
AI is starting to help build the next generation of AI.
Anthropic says Claude is already contributing to model R&D with humans supervising.
We spent years using software to build software.
Now the software is joining the research loop.
That changes the speed limit.
I keep thinking about what AI coding tools are quietly breaking "the apprenticeship loop".
I learned by doing boring work small bugs, CRUD, refactors.
Now AI can do much of that first.
We’re gaining speed, but may be removing the reps that used to create senior engineers.
Checked out AlienMail. Pay as you go with no contact caps is a genuinely good angle, most cold email tools force you into monthly plans with limits so this solves a real pain.
Honest feedback:
your banner talks about "6 minutes" but your actual edge is the pricing. Put that on the image. And show me a real number. Pay per what? Per email, per contact? Also the first thing I look for in any cold email tool is deliverability, warmup, inbox rotation, spam rates, and I didn't see it mentioned. Add even one line about it and you'll win a lot more trust. Love the mascot though, it stands out in a space full of boring blue logos.
Checked out Real Bot. The screenshot sold me more than the text did, seeing the Researcher, Writer and Coordinator actually checking each other's work is cool. Honest feedback, the name is holding you back. It's hard to search and if you already need a "not affiliated with Grok" line, people are getting confused. Also "persistent" is your hook but I couldn't tell what persists. Memory across projects? Files? Preferences? Say that clearly. And I had to dig for basics like which models it runs and whether I bring my own key. If it supports local models, shout that loudly, it fits the local-first angle perfectly. Nice work for an alpha, just needs a sharper pitch.
Checked out Papervine. The product looks solid and open source plus hosted is a real advantage over Mintlify. Honest feedback though "Intelligence infrastructure" tells me nothing. Your page title says "Mintlify alternative" and that line alone sells it better, so put it up top. Also "self-updating" is your best hook but I couldn't tell what triggers the updates. Code changes? PRs? Spell that out and it clicks instantly. I'd cut the feature list down to 2 or 3 things and let people discover the rest. And Join Waitlist next to Deploy confused me a bit, is it live or not? Letting people try it without signing up is great, make that the main button. Good work overall, just needs a sharper message.
Quick read on the first screen:
The headline is clear, but it says FounderWise judges traction, while your tweet says it judges an idea, pitch or plan. A pre-traction founder could bounce thinking it's not for them. The footer also says "score it," which works against your "instead of a score out of ten" pitch. The CTA is strong, but three offers in one line (audit, $39 system, pitch kit) splits attention.
Signed up. First screen is clear on one thing: it judges traction. But your tweet says idea, pitch or plan, so pre-traction founders might think it's not for them. Also "score it" in the footer fights your "no score out of ten" angle. Lead with the verdict and the free audit, and save the $39 system for later.
@RyanRayMartin It’s good one I think you should now narrow down your marketing path or those B2B and reach them. Marketing needed for your target clients.
@jianmingchn it's good one, I would recommend to add few more features to make it more comprehensive as many big like google, claude etc provding same type of service.
One unqiue feature can change the whole startup game.
@valerioamirani The project is cool and ui/ux is very friendly designed. One thing I will add up use tags or features like that if you have not added that so that it let's yoru client know that visitor came from this or that source.
Yes plz mine one is https://t.co/wdxb9mQZXP
That's good one and it has good use case, one thing more I would add up is if you haven't setup this is to add archive feature where like based on " 3 or 7 day & local index storage memory" it should get sync with secondary storage like that and if user like need to get old history use like dynamo db to fetch the record instanlty, it will be good in terms of scaling.
Guys, do this if you're using Jev.
Give your full video transcript to Jev and ask it to find the timestamps of the top 3 clips with the highest viral score.
Try it.
You won't believe it.
