@M_S_Fricker@Janice_Resist@DrTomMartinPhD And as far as what to do about that, if you'd like to take some action out in the world that helps people, and/or encourages others to, I'll stand right next to you in agreement. If you want to use our legal system as a weapon to force people to "be nicer", I absolutely will not
@Haxiomic@Nanjizal_net Well, good luck on your progress! :) Also, if there's any way I could help, don't hesitate to reach out for some assistance. Gluon seems like a really cool project
@Nanjizal_net@Haxiomic You are absolutely right, and I should have considered all of that. It was impulsive, as I'd been looking for such a thing for a while. My apologies, everyone. I'll update the readme and see what else I can do. Can a haxelib be unpublished?
@Haxiomic@Nanjizal_net Sorry about that! I really should have asked you for permission to publish it standalone, and I meant to update the readme straight away
@Nanjizal_net Fair enough. What are you building, and with what? Which targets are you planning to deploy to? There's not a lot of Haxe libs for networking that are up to date, so your solution will likely need to be engineered to some degree
@Nanjizal_net maybe use Python as target for command-line builds? It comes with networking libraries out-of-the-box and they're pretty easy to use in my experience. What are you trying to build, anyway?
@Nanjizal_net PS. I see that I missed a bit of your response initially. It is successfully fetching the response from the API call on browser.. I'd say, given that I'm not hugely familiar with setting up Neko native libs, to maybe abstract out the bit that actually makes the http(s) req &...1/
@Nanjizal_net is correct. I don't remember needing HTTPS at all. Anyway, absolutely feel free to reply to those tips to tell me that none worked :P I'm happy to help. Maybe screenshot your error msg?
@Nanjizal_net Oh, alright. Firstly, are you completely sure that https is the problem? Do you have your API key set up in the Shopify system? If so, check that the associated "app" is configured to have access permissions to the content you're trying to load. Maybe even make sure the url... 1/
@Nanjizal_net Not actively as of late, no. I did build and publish an Android app that interfaced with a client's Shopify storefront, though.
But liquid is the templating/theming system, right?
@MatthewDMcPhail@Mogikilla1 @JamieD_CDN @pdmckibbin @keepupwidit@drakepatton1 @traumaqueen124 @Ocasio2018 Those are literally just the noun and adjective forms of the same word. The difference is a grammatical/linguistic one.
