@davepl1968 I’ve taken a ride on I5 in the summer of 2015. I’ve taken same ride in the summer of 2023. The difference in insect amount is drastic.
2015 - had to stop and actually wash windshield.

Not a single person gets priced out of their property. There is also a law that says you cannot become homeless due to debt, you can only be force downgraded.
