KCMO and STL are two of only 19 of the most populous cities in the country that have an earnings tax. There are too many other populous cities that thrive without it. They have less crime, less homelessness, better roads and infrastructure, and they attract more people and companies. This city needs to STOP the corrupt spending. You don’t have a revenue problem without an earnings tax. Anyone saying we do is a LIAR. Period.
