"A quarter of a century has passed since 2,977 innocent lives were stolen at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania," says Project 21 Chairman Horace Cooper.
"Passing this twenty-five-year mark carries a profound weight: We are entering an era in which an entire generation of young adults has no personal memory of that world-changing morning.
"As the years lengthen, the pledge to 'Never Forget' transitions from a shared memory into a sacred historical responsibility.
"Twenty-five years later, we pause, we look to the sky and we keep our promise. We honor the past, protect the survivors in the present and carry the lessons of courage into the future. We still remember."

"On Friday, the mayor should put the victims’ legacy at the center of the world’s attention and honor the unity that brought New York and the nation together in the aftermath," Project 21's Brandon Brice said earlier this week.

Zohran Mamdani and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez were spotted giggling as people wept during the annual reading of names during the 9/11 memorial ceremony.
The camera transitioned to Mamdani and Cortez after showing a man weeping as the names were read.
"Why was the United States attacked on September 11th? We were not at war with any nation. We were not trading missile strikes with a foreign capital. We did not have a massive occupying army stretched across the Middle East," says Project 21's @KendallQuallsMN.
"Outside of Israel, the United States is the only nation that places the Ten Commandments in a position of national prominence. Carved into the walls of the U.S. Supreme Court, Moses stands holding the tablets of the law—a powerful symbol overlooking the very place where America’s highest laws are interpreted. That is not decoration. It is a confession. Despite the naysayers, the United States and our founding documents were inspired by the God of the Bible. The Declaration of Independence does not begin with a committee. It begins with a Creator who endowed us with unalienable rights.
"Whoever stands up for truth, righteousness and justice—whether a person or a nation—will be attacked, directly or indirectly. Even when you are not guilty of the crimes your enemies invent, they will come for you because you block their path.
"Al-Qaeda’s own words confirm it. They hated our presence near their holy places. They hated our alliance with Israel. They hated our culture. They did not attack us because we were at war. They attacked us because of who we are."

"As a native New Yorker, I still look at the skyline and feel the absence of the Twin Towers," says Project 21's April Chapman.
"For me, that empty space represents more than what we lost on September 11, 2001. It marks a flash point in American history—the last time I can remember our nation standing together around a shared identity.
"In the days after 9/11, nobody cared whether you were Republican or Democrat, black or white, rich or poor. We were Americans. We understood that something greater than our differences bound us together.
"Twenty-five years later, the threat to our nation does not always arrive on airplanes. There are ideologies determined to weaken America from within—to convince us to despise our history, reject our founding principles, and abandon the very identity that once united us.
"As we remember those we lost, we should also remember what we discovered about ourselves: America is worth defending. Our Republic is worth preserving. And it is time for Americans to once again hold fast to what unites us and refuse to surrender our country without a fight."

"As we commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11, that attack was not just on buildings. That attack was on our way of life as Americans.... My message to young Americans today is that today's 9/11 is called socialism, because they too want to attack our way of life. The very institutions that make us great and who we are today, they want to dismantle—like law enforcement, Supreme Court, the presidency, grocery stores. Taking over family businesses that were passed down from generation to generation. In socialism, they want to control that."

"As someone who began my ministry in the crucible of New York City, I learned early on that America’s freedoms are bought with a heavy price and guarded by divine providence," says Project 21's Will Archer.
"As 2 Kings 6:17 reminds us, when the servant’s eyes were opened, he saw that 'the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around'—a divine reminder that the forces of truth, liberty and faith vastly outnumber those who wish to tear them down.
"Today’s young Americans, too often fed a diet of revisionist disdain by progressive academics, must heed Thomas Sowell’s warning against those who manipulate politics over principle, and embrace Condoleezza Rice’s conviction that our foundational freedoms are universal aspirations worth defending.
"It is time for a spiritual and patriotic awakening to open our eyes, cast off the apathy of cultural decay and boldly reclaim the Republic, anchored in the unwavering belief that our greatest days—and Even Greater Things—are still ahead of us."

"Remember 9/11—and remember just how precious America is," Project 21's Dr. @LindaLeeTarver says to young Americans.
"Twenty-five years ago, radical Islamist terrorists attacked our nation to strike fear into the American people and assault a nation built on liberty, religious freedom, self-government and the God-given dignity of every human being.
"If you have been taught only to apologize for America, learn her history for yourself: On 9/11, America was refined in the fires—at the Twin Towers, at the Pentagon and in a field in Pennsylvania—and, as Zechariah 13:9 reminds us, the fire tests, refines and reveals what is precious.
"America is not perfect, but she is worth preserving, worth defending and worth passing on—so never surrender through liberal ideology and ignorance what others died defending."

"Twenty-five years ago, men who hated everything America stands for flew airplanes into buildings to prove it; today, New York’s own mayor, Zohran Mamdani, couldn’t bring himself to condemn “globalize the intifada.” That isn’t progress. It’s amnesia dressed up as sophistication," says Project 21's @CraigDeluz.
"To the young Americans taught that the flag is an apology and the Founders are defendants, I’d say this: The people who called this country oppressive did so while enjoying a freedom that exists almost nowhere else on earth, describing a country they had never had to live without.
"Ideas have consequences, but they also have track records. Ask why millions still line up to get in, and almost no one lines up to get out. You were told to question everything; start with what you were taught."

I will never understand how people who claim the government is racist and discriminatory toward want that same government to control everything including their grocery stores.
Check out my latest contribution to Project 21. We should be teaching our children to OWN the grocery store-not training them to thank a politician for running it.
