This #FBF we’re taking a look at exterior stucco repairs at #ResidenceA. 4 large, fully penetrating cracks were found in the perimeter walls and foundation of the structure while the work was being done, so the structural engineer designed a repair that has since been completed.

#ResidenceA Restoration Highlights: The cantilevered Living Room balcony that was removed in the 1950s has been recreated! The art stone was cast anew and once the art stone was fitted, waterproofing was installed and stucco applied.

The restoration of the ceiling murals in the Spring Street Vestibule of #LACityHall is finished! The original decorative painters were Anthony Heinsbergen & Herman Sachs, and we are so glad to be able to preserve their beautiful murals.
