Today, the legislature passed the Gender Affirming Care Ban.

It overrules a parent’s right to seek lifesaving care for their trans child, criminalizes providers who provide that care consistent with the guidance of all major medical orgs, & restricts access to care for adults.

They're now using intimidation and threats of misdemeanor charges to scare LGBTQ-friendly cities out of hosting drag altogether.

New bills are spreading that ban "aiding and abetting" youth transition. They target therapists, vocal coaches, and more.

Some even target "any person," do not name professions. It is a cruel new twist in anti-trans bills.
