Even if an AI is responsible for support primarily, I should be able to chat with it, and there should be a secondary HUMAN support agent who handles escalated issues

I decided to send an email to the direct mail of Roblox Support to see if I could make some progress with my username issue, and I am told to go back to the support form, which brings an AI chatbot I cannot interact with, and which they do not ultimately reply @KreekCraft #roblox

The implementation of AI on Roblox is not it at all.
After the AI, any issues should be escalated to a human customer support agent

It's Day 3 since I started emailing them about the username issue and they've not replied

Why is fang not appropriate but ProjectKill, Project death, and Cursed are not moderated?

Why can I not even set my display name to Project supreme when display names are not account specific??

I've been trying to set ProjectFangFire as my display name & username for a while now, and it keeps telling me "Fang" is not appropriate for Roblox when other users have the same name or even names like Destroyer and Cursed. Continued 👇

@Roblox I have emailed Roblox support twice, and i'm yet to hear anything back. I also have proof that I have used many variations of FangFire as my display name over the past year such as AgentFangFire and FangFireRagnarok. I do not know why i'm being unneccesarily moderated
