Myla is a project manager, an advisory committee member, and a mentor. She writes #poems in English and Tagalog.

Theresa is a classical #flutist and student Carnegie Mellon. She speaks English and Spanish.

Meet Sara Tang!

She is an #artist, #creative facilitator, and #illustrator. Sara is a member of the #notwhite Collective, the Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators, and has worked with those affected by cancer and other complex life experiences in creative therapy excavation.

Meet artist Carolina Loyola-Garcia!

Carolina Loyola-Garcia is an internationally exhibited multidisciplinary artist and educator. Her work explores topics related to social justice, the dislocated identity of migrants, and questions related to complex aspects of human existence.

Meet #writer Prativa Gautam and #translator Yuba Raj Lamsal.

Prativa Gautam speaks English, Hindi and Nepali. She's interested in different cultures and historical events.

Yuba Raj Lamsal speaks Hindi, Urdu and English fluently, and has written poems, essays and articles.

Meet #writer Anjie Cao and #translator Yijun Yang

Anjie Cao grew up in Mandarin, not only speaking and writing and reading, but actually existing. Yijun Yang is a scenic designer, and uses her skills to build cultural bridges and to explore storytelling between people and space.

Meet #artist Malrey. Growing up in Nicaragua, Malrey was exposed to a variety of music like boleros, #reggaeton and dancehall. His #music is heavily influenced by these musical genres. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon, Malrey plans to become a producer and an audio engineer.

Meet #writer Mica Hope and #translator Olivia Baker!

Mica Hope is an emerging writer grappling with the loneliness that is found in the poetic language. Olivia Baker is a visual art and linguistics lover.

Come see Gulay Baltali's Ebru Turkish marbling art this #Friday.

Gulay moved to the United States after teaching for three years at Turkey, where he first began to study the #art of traditional Turkish #marbling. Gulay has held multiple #workshops in cities across Pennsylvania.
