@Eivor_Koy this is why travel is essential- yet the irony is that Americans are too broke to be able to travel. My in-laws moved to china to retire because of the strong social safety net and they didn’t want their kids to go bankrupt caring for them in advanced age under the US system

@Karem41838957 @MJTruthUltra Most fast food restaurants originally fried their food in beef tallow. A lot of high end restaurants now use beef tallow or duck fat, others still rely on lard. Any of these will work at high temps & taste better
