Honestly, I have no idea, I've done nothing since launch but build transparently.

Traders in the ecosystem are extremely short-sighted, and decide to move on in short time frames.

But It isn't uncommon to see high-effort projects massively recover after extended periods of time.

There's nobody else in the space building what I'm building here, so I'm unmoved.

Weighted chances = hold more for higher chances

I don't LOVE the idea of favoring the bigger holder, we want everyone to have an equal chance to win.

But incentivized holding mechanics that attract larger buyers is proven to stimulate trading activity.

As the cards acquired get more expensive, it makes holding a larger amount of the token attractive-->increase in trading activity.

More activity=more fees to acquire more cards.

If it was simply equal odds across any holding, there would be no real incentive to trade on the token, you'd just throw 20 cents in and have an equal shot, then as a result, there would be no activity or fees to build a treasury.

Each Pokémon token has its own card budget, funded by the creator fees we actually receive from its trading activity.

Charizard fees fund more Charizard cards, Pikachu fees fund more Pikachu cards, etc. As each budget covers another card (eventually a catalog), those are queued into reward-drops for holders.

The first card is just the beginning of the collection.

The first card is in the treasury: a CGC Pristine 10 Japanese Charizard ex. Its winner will be chosen from eligible Charizard holders today, September 19, at 12 PM Eastern. Selection is random, weighted by holdings at the snapshot.

This is the start of the collection. Trading activity funds the next card. As the card budget accumulates, we acquire the next prize and announce the next draw. Rewards follow what the treasury can fund.

Our first Charizard card is in the treasury: a CGC Pristine 10 Japanese Charizard ex. You can verify it in the prize pool on our site!

Charizard will be our first token release, launching on Stonk and paired with CARDS. The rest of the collection will follow one release at a time.

Here’s how those releases connect back to POKEDEX: creator fees we actually receive from each token will be allocated 60% to matching collectible cards, 20% to POKEDEX buybacks, and 20% to operations and the team.

We’re using the fee option: a 1% pool trading fee, split equally between the creator and Stonk. The 60/20/20 allocation applies to our share—not the full trading volume. Subject to change based off sentiment, or the need to allocate higher into card acquisition.

Each card draw will select an eligible holder of the corresponding token, with chances weighted by their balance at the announced snapshot. Card purchases will follow the available treasury budget.

That gives every release its own card rewards while contributing to POKEDEX through buybacks.
