Is Eichhorn a Matthaus clone or what? Lmao. Legit wouldn't sell for a 100m.
Be funny if we started meeting the release clause of some Bayern players for the insult.
๐จ EXCL: Bayern Munich exploring move to sign Rio Ngumoha. 17yo Liverpool winger primary #FCBayern target for left side & aware of pursuit. No contact yet between clubs. #LFC insist not for sale + plan to strengthen attack rather than weaken @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/mYbWdds6Ip
๐จ Liverpool reach verbal agreement with Andoni Iraola to become head coach. Set to sign 2yr contract (same as #AFCB deals) & wants Pablo de la Torre, Tommy Elphick, Shaun Cooper, Tom Webber on staff. #LFC plan to present 43yo by end of week @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/uYB8DBzOWR
๐จ๐ฃ EXCLUSIVE: Denzel Dumfries to Real Madrid, HERE WE GO! โช๏ธ๐ณ๐ฑ
Deal in place and all agreed with Dutch right back to join Real Madrid from Inter, Spanish club will trigger โฌ20m release clause.
Dumfries has accepted Madrid, deal closed tonight and formal steps to follow.
@DFakExGoalanke They blocked me for pointing out that the guy they are laughing at was the one who they platformed and convinced them that Amorim was joining Liverpool.
@danlfcynwa_ That does help but of the available ones he is the best fit too. Suits us better than Glasner for example.
The problem is that we could not stick with Slot but there were no options that would blow you away.
This app is 99.99% idiots and liars.
Marc Guehi's deal will end up costing City nearly ยฃ100m. That's for a player that would have been supposedly "free" today.
Konate was asking for extortionate money after dropping a season worthy of a Wolves, Burnley or West Ham defender.
Liverpool refused to pay ยฃ20m for Guehi in January, then let Konatรฉ leave in the summer. Now they'll probably spend ยฃ60-70m on a new CB anyway. For that money, we could've had both Guehi and Konatรฉ at the club. That's not smart squad planning...
@cornishsportG@Chris78Williams At the end of the day it's still a sport of athleticism and we've seen a lot of these possession based teams, even ones who have won it all, get beaten by a side that is well organized off the ball and is physically superior to them.
I turned on Sky Sports News for a few minutes just to hear Jamie brain deadknapp wonder if Alonso and Chelsea are going to come in and try to pry Florian Wirtz from Liverpool.
The Liverpool board have made contact with Andoni Iraola's representatives in the past 48 hours in a bid to appoint the spaniard as Head Coach.
Iraola is highly sought after by clubs in Italy, Germany & England, but it is believed that Liverpool is Iraola's preferred choice.
@Michael_J_Adams David Lynch mentioned this in his articles. Edwards wasn't happy about that and said it to Slot a few things.
For all the stick Edwards gets he wasn't stupid and was addressing things.
I would have liked Alonso but people can't ask for front foot attacking football and Xabi Alonso.
He also was never getting the kind of say over things he asked for at Chelsea either.
Iraola is risky but I like him.
@Michael_J_Adams A modern Premier League club does. It is the preferences of recent elite coaches to have smaller squads but that isn't possible with the amount of games now required of teams.
Means our youths will develop here too now at least instead of Slot scaring them off.
@Michael_J_Adams Iraola's season was phenomenal though. Such inferior resources to pretty much every team in the league and he's got them the Europa and nearly the CL despite losing his entire backline and Semenyo.
I do question whether his style is suitable to a huge increase in games, though.
