@PeoplesAudit@Research_Act
@VMMChamberlain@swklibdems What is your plan of action?
The 1st thing needed is investigate the gaslighting complaints dept.
Then - end misappropriation of public funds
£millions for lawyers to fight residents as if we are the enemy.
If not prepared to do that you're not serious about real improvement
@SouthwarkLabour @kieronjwilliams Any leader that lies to the Court with false witness statement is not fit to lead anyone.
We have your witness statement filed into @HMCTSgovuk court. You have been knowing about the racism, maladministration and harassment since 2021. #Resign

This is coming up to 1 year since @Southwark_News covered this story and 1 year on, the council have not refunded all residents involved including some lease holders who bought their property exactly the same as ours. They are still being fleeced by @lb_southwark. This is #fraud
"Significant sales were made, although Whitfield [Southwark Director of Finance and also Brick x Brick] and his fellow directors in their annual report avoid saying for how much, and to whom."
Great appointment @michaelgove@redditchrachel👏

"That's a very radical position to take but as the chief officer...until I'm assured that all of the procurement arrangements are correct, no-one in the department may authorise a contract except me."
How many contracts have followed incorrect procurement procedures?

Housing secretary Michael Gove said he was “appalled” to hear about Southwark Council's failures in several cases highlighted by the Housing Ombudsman, adding that he was concerned about the quality of service the council was providing residents.

People (understandably) walk past run-down council estates and think they're like that because they haven't made "enough" money.
They don't realise a political decision was made to redirect it 👇
There are 3,682 vacant dwellings in Croydon. There are 5,000 people waiting to be housed. Couldn't be happier that some sensible people have put two and two together and decided to make the most logical conclusion ever to the housing crisis in our borough https://t.co/EjeIsbpEqG
@helendennis80 Increased overcrowding, air pollution, noise pollution. £120k in lost amenities - smaller ballcourt, loss of trees and brand new road hazard to pedestrians and cyclists. Not enough 2+ bedroom units to house desperate families. Proper consultation could have avoided this.
