@unlearn16tweet @TownOfAjax Unfortunately when a giant storm hits the cities don’t just have extra ploughs or people to clear roads fully or immediately. Often drivers are asked to do 1 pass per street so people have at least some snow cleared. Not perfect certainly but could be worse.
