Wrote a mail to Britannia & their initial response was quite encouraging. Had a doubt that with the passage of time they will put my mail into dustbin. I am not therefore, sure whether I am buying a real BRITANNIA BREAD or made by some local bakery. FSAAI may pl take initiative.

@CEOBRITANNIA. DELHI mustn't be your area of interest. WORRYING FACTOR is,FSSAI is regularly prohibiting many products because of using unhealthy materials, & your BREAD is being SOLD WITHOUT any PACKING, but only a plastic tape (attached). Britannia must explain authenticity.

How such bread we accept as a product of BRITANNIA ?? I suspect it's not being made by Britannia but local illegal bakeries & being sold to innocent buyers, using the Britannia brand name. Britannia must come forward with satisfactory explanation.
