@Swiggy @SwiggyCares After that a new delivery agent was assigned and a new chat agent came in. 20 minutes later, your team calls and cancels the order promising an immediate refund but refund shows 4 to 7 days. Because of you my 1 year old and pregnant wife have been hungry for 2 hours.
