@TVSCredit Hello, I have 2 new and active loans taken from TVS Credit last month. My EMI date was 3rd March, where the first-time processing fee was included as well. But what I did was I logged in on 1st March for both the loan accounts and paid their processing fee respectively

I got a message that it will take 72 hours more in addition to the 2 days of delay to get the new connection and I chose Airtel because it was supposed to be fast. Give me my refund because this kind of service is unacceptable.

@airtelindia This kind of behaviour is very unethical and unprofessional. I didn't realise this but the installation payment for new wifi should be done post installment but your Airtel engineer called me multiple times to get the payment but once I did he ghosted me like WTFFF
