Let me be clear. The concept of targeting is important, but we can’t call incidental crown tow crown when two players are crashing into each other, targeting. It’s just football sometimes

If players get fined so too should refs if instant replay shows they messed up calls. Make it fair across the board @nfl. Players shouldn’t be penalized by refs for making their case during a game while refs rule without consequence.

@NFL a referee shouldn’t give a fine just because a player is upset with their call. That in itself is an outside factor determining a game. Refs have too much power and not enough consequence for being mediocre

When it’s so blatantly obvious at home and announcers are saying it’s a blown call it shouldn’t be looked at by replay assitant no matter what penalty it is.

Another big time miss from NCAAF refs. With all the instant replay they choose to look at, the most obvious blatant misses aren’t ever looked at. It’s getting harder and harder to watch football on both college and NFL levels with how bad the refs/instant replay is.

NCAAF refs have too much control of the game with the instant replay now. Hard to watch when they are reviewing so many plays and slowing the game down.

@Big12Conference should at minimum apologize for the ref that talked the heads lineman into picking up the flag. Why are refs protected from their mistakes when players and coaches aren’t?

At this point we might as well get rid of them and use only replay.

Whether or not it was an intentional handball it disrupted a corner kick, stopped the game and gave the ball back to Chelsea

At the very least the corner should have been redone. The rules should be adjusted to match the affected circumstance. #FIFAWWC Chelsea x Fluminense
