"Teams getting under 50% of bets" should include one side of every primetime game, so if the public was on Buffalo, Detroit was the low-bet side and lost against the spread. That would make the record 16-5, and the underdogs 11-1 instead of 11-0.

Broncos +1 vs. Rams (week 3) may not belong in the underdog group. The closing line in nflverse has Denver as a 1.5-point favorite. Some books may have had the Rams favored earlier, but by kickoff Denver was favored at most books.
