🔍 According to Eurostat, over 20% of Serbian youth are #NEET, facing high unemployment, skill gaps, and a lack of support systems. Economic instability worsens their isolation.

Increasing #environmental regulations and #sustainablefarming practices have impacted the labor requirements in #agriculture. Even if they contribute to sustainable agriculture, they can increase the costs and labor demands, influencing the sector's attractiveness for employment.

A recent study by the EESC estimates the presence across the EU Member States of almost 2 million EU (domestic and intra-EU) seasonal workers and more than 0.4 million non-EU seasonal workers in the agriculture sector.
