I suggest to anyone if this is the level of service you provide and blame everything except your own brand and company try another robotic hoover, plenty more choice other than @NeatoRobotics

@NeatoRobotics I have to agree with @Wauters_Wim 👏🏻 the after sales warranty is beyond terrible for these items. A returns label raised, my unit still in transit by @UPS from UK to Germany. Been without my Neato for over a month now. MD knows & no one @NeatoRobotics cares. Try another brand.

@NeatoRobotics Sounds great, only your after sales service is truly dreadful. I have been without my D7 for over a month now. Wouldn’t buy again, try another manufacturer that cares about their customers. Raised my complaint to the MD (so I’ve been told) still no resolve.
