2️⃣ The Broken SLA Promise: Their official policy states payouts must process within 2 business days. The clock officially ran out last week on Wednesday

3️⃣ The Written Proof: Last week on Wednesday, a support agent named Yazeed explicitly emailed me stating: "Your withdrawal will be issued today. You will receive it before 11:59 pm UTC." (See Proof Image 3). That deadline was completely blown past. No funds arrived.

4️⃣ The False Delay Tactics: After breaching their 2-day SLA, support went quiet. When confronted, they abruptly claimed a "name discrepancy" and promised to send a re-verification KYC link. No link has ever been sent. This is a clear administrative stall tactic to reset the SLA clock and avoid their $1,000 penalty.

5️⃣ Active Discord Censorship: When I tried to peacefully ask the community and moderators for help in the Discord server, my messages were forcefully blocked by their server settings (See Proof Image 4). They are deliberately censoring and suppressing the voices of clean traders to hide the truth.
