The Supernatural is the natural habitat of every believer, it however needs to be cultivated. You can cultivate your Spiritual senses via these means ⬇️

4) Company and Association- (1st Samuel 10:10) There’s a transference of grace when you’re planted in the right company. Remember, iron sharpens iron.⬇️
Why did God kill Uzzah when he tried to stop the Ark of the Covenant from falling to the ground?
He was literally trying to prevent the symbol of God's presence from tripping and falling. Why did God's anger kill him?
This passage may seem confusing at first, but the context gives light to what really happened. You see, the Ark symbolized God's presence and His holiness amongst the Israelites.
Because God is holy and cannot behold any unholiness, He made certain rules on how they were to engage the Ark.
Firstly, He gave them clear rules about handling the Ark. It must not be touched. Touching it meant instant death:
Numbers 4:15 (NIV):
"After Aaron and his sons have finished covering the holy furnishings and all the holy articles, and when the camp is ready to move, only then are the Kohathites to come and do the carrying.
But they must not touch the holy things or they will die. The Kohathites are to carry those things that are in the tent of meeting."
It is also clear here that only the Levites from the family of Kohath are given clearance to carry the Ark.
Secondly, He gave them instructions about transporting the Ark: it must be hoisted on the shoulders of the Kohathites Levites through poles:
Exodus 25:12-15 (NIV):
"Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other.
Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. Insert the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it. The poles are to remain in the rings of this ark; they are not to be removed."
So, it is clear that God's holy things in the camp of the Israelites weren't meant to be touched by those who carried it, and it was meant to be carried on the shoulders, using poles, and by the Kohathites.
But in the case of Uzzah, they carried the Ark (2 Samuel 6:3) on a cart, similar to how the Philistines did it. That was offense number 1.
Two, it wasn't meant to be touched, but Uzzah reached out and touched. So the judgment of death that had been prescribed around 400 years ago struck Uzzah dead.
Therefore, we see that the cause of the death of Uzzah in 1 Samuel 6:1-7 is disobedience and rebellion against God's commands. And David admitted this:
1 Chronicles 15:13 (NIV):
"It was because you, the Levites, did not bring it up the first time that the Lord our God broke out in anger against us. We did not inquire of him about how to do it in the prescribed way."
Now, what we have just done is called exegesis, which essentially means "drawing out". We have drawn out the meaning of the Uzzah event by considering the historical and literary context of the story.
This is what hermeneutics helps you achieve. And in the Introduction to Hermeneutics course we will be releasing tomorrow, you will see and learn how to do this yourself.
