@UPRERAofficial @s_bhoosreddy I am a registered UP RERA Agent (ID: UPRERAAGT12018). My registration was valid till 26.09.2022. Despite completing all requirements & training, my renewal certificate is still pending. This delay has stopped my professional work.

Even the person attending calls at @UPRERAofficial is least interested. His answer: “department is not giving us replies, so we cannot reply to agents.”
This is shocking — if the helpline itself has no answers, where should agents go?

When pressed for answers,the call handler finally said“Go and talk to Greater Noida RERA office.”
So Lucknow says“we don’t know,” helpline says“no answers,”and now agents are told to run to Greater Noida?This is nothing but passing the buck

Paid fee ✅ | Attended 3-day training in June ✅ | Cleared exam in July✅.
Despite compliance at every step, till Sept 2025 — still NO renewed RERA Number.
This isn’t regulation, it’s harassment by @UPRERAofficial

This arbitrary delay violates Art. 19(1)(g) (Right to trade/profession) & principles of natural justice.
