Au fin fond de la Mayenne, département qui compte trois bovins par habitant le Tour du Bocage et de l'Ernée internationale juniors est retransmis et un hollandais bat un polonais devant des belges, américains débarqués en Europe à 16 ans pour " passer pro" avant ses 18 ans. On en est là. Les idées pratiques ou pas de dopage doivent commencer pour certains à 15-16 ans.

It makes sense for them, because they now give cheap contracts to 18y olds, they overload them and they send them home totally burnt out when they become 28.
In the past a 28y old rider was just reaching his peak.
And UCI is sleeping…
