“Once Saved Always Saved” sounds comforting-
Until you realize it tells people they can stop following Jesus and still be saved.
That’s not hope. That’s deception.
Real hope is this: He is able to keep you from falling-
If you abide in Him. (Jude 1:24, John 15)
🚨 BREAKING — Tragic scene unfolds at Alder Lake, WA. A 24-year-old man is presumed dead after falling from a paddleboard into the water yesterday (June 24). Authorities have shifted from rescue to recovery operations in Pierce County.
My sons and I were on site when this unfolded — one of the first to learn of the developing emergency. Heartbreaking for the family and community. Prayers up.
Stay safe on the water, Washington. Life vests save lives.

@MattWalshBlog LOL, Matt's getting excited thinking that the whole America First movement was a bunch of foreigners. Wait till he finds out the voices telling him to quit The Daily Wire aren't going away.
My sister sent this to me last night.
She is currently serving as a missionary in Ukraine, where she strongly felt the Lord was calling her. The 2 boys she referenced in her message are my sons.
Plz give this a read, a like, a share, and pass it on. I want her to be heard
The distinction between the Law of Moses and the Law of Christ wasn’t fully revealed through Jesus Himself as much as it was revealed through His apostles in their letters.
However, what Jesus DID do was:
1. He elevated the spirit of the Law vs the letter of the law.
Think Matt. 5:21-28, 43-44, where Jesus contrasts, “You have heard it said... but I say to you.”
Thus, He was magnifying the Law’s moral intent (Isa. 42:21), not canceling Moses.
See also 2 Cor 3:6-16.
2. He inaugurated the New Covenant the night He was betrayed.
Luke 22:20 - “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you.”
This statement signals a covenantal shift, one that would fulfill the Mosaic covenant and replace it with something better (see Hebrews 8:6-13 explains this very nicely).
Jesus also made it clear that His apostles would carry on this work by the Spirit:
“When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth” (John 16:13).
“I pray... for those who will believe in Me through their word” (John 17:20).
So Paul, Peter, John, amd others weren't inventing a new theology. They were carrying out Jesus' own commission to explain, apply, and establish the New Covenant reality.
The amount of heartbroken Christian women in christian groups dealing with husbands addicted to porn is absolutely insane
Y’all need to do better. Stop watching this evil crap. Stop hurting your wife, your marriage, and your children.
@Be_Like_JChrist @iratusmater Porn addicts should be grateful that the wife sticks around at all. Squeezing every last drop of empathy and work out of a wife is NOT what they should be aiming for—don’t ask for more from her, and certainly make no demands.
@megbasham We are called to Chasity in marriage. Both husband and wife must focus on love first. Love means you will be patient if a wife is “not in the mood”. Porn is seriously sinful and the person watching it is the guilty party. Never the wife’s fault.
@darwintojesus Women don't want men who are addicted to porn. Some will put up with it, but it undermines trust and confidence in the marriage. Most will stop all intimacy because of porn. Women will see what you're attracted to. It's obviously not her. She already lost. Marriage over.
