I went to a new (to me) academy today and trained nogi for the first time in my life. I have only about a month or so of bjj training... That being said an instructor there told me that the academy owner has this phrase that I really liked and wanted to share with you today. Basically he says that "Black Belts are just White Belts who never missed a session."
