당사에서 진행 중인 법적 대응 상황을 안내드립니다.

당사는 허위 사실 유포, 명예훼손, 성희롱, 딥페이크, 인신공격, 모욕, 사생활 침해 등 소속 아티스트 개인 신상에 큰 해악을 끼치는 행위에 대하여 법적 대응을 진행하고 있습니다.

그중에서도 불법 음란 합성물을 제작∙유포∙소지하는 행위는 아티스트를 성적으로 모욕하고 조롱함으로써 큰 수치심을 주는 악의적 범행일 뿐만 아니라, 정교한 합성으로 아티스트 본인이라는 오해를 불러일으켜 심각한 명예훼손과 이미지 실추로 이어질 수 있는 중범죄인만큼, 당사는 관련 증거수집, 고소장 제출 등 수사기관에 지속 협조하고 있고, 재판부에도 적극적으로 엄벌을 탄원하고 있습니다.

그 결과 현재까지 진행된 딥페이크 사건의 피의자 대부분이 검거되었고, 박**(징역 4년, 취업제한 5년, 성폭력치료프로그램 80시간), 이**(징역 3년 6월, 취업제한 5년, 성폭력치료프로그램 40시간), 고**(징역 3년, 취업제한 5년, 성폭력치료프로그램 80시간), 이**(징역 3년, 취업제한 5년, 성폭력 치료강의 40시간), 오**(징역 2년 6월, 취업제한 5년, 성폭력치료프로그램 40시간), 차**(징역 2년 6월, 취업제한 5년, 성폭력치료프로그램 80시간) 등 12명이 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(허위영상물반포등) 등의 죄명으로 실형을 선고 받았으며, 피고인들의 항소와 상고에도 불구하고 모두 기각 판결이 내려져 최종 형이 확정된 상태로 수감 중에 있습니다.

대다수의 딥페이크 범죄 행위자들은 수사망을 피하고자 익명성이 높은 해외 SNS 플랫폼을 통해 불법 음란 합성물을 공유하고 있으나, 당사는 미국 내 다수의 로펌과 긴밀히 공조하고 있으며, 수사기관의 추적수사를 통해 이들 역시 예외 없이 검거되고 있고, 현재도 관련 수사가 진행되고 있음을 알려드립니다.

딥페이크 제작∙유포∙소지로 인한 형사처벌은 매우 엄중하게 이루어지고 있는 만큼 불미스러운 일에 연루되지 않도록 각별한 유의를 부탁드립니다.
