@metrorailwaykol On 16 Aug, I paid twice for a Metro Card at Dum Dum Metro Station, but the card was not dispensed. Staff tried again, but the same issue occurred. I was told the payments would be refunded, but I haven't received the refund yet. Please help. #KolkataMetro
