I was enjoying your 4G before probably you ppl purposely reduce the speed for us to upgrade to 5G. Here we are at the 5G, getting KBPS & not MBPS
@AirtelNigeria@Ruky_duran A refund or extended subscription is the best way of expressing ur regret if @NgComCommission is not holding U firmly accountable. It’s 3 month back to back now-my N30,000 on your 4G router & N25,000 on your ODU wasted. And stop threatening us wt d retrieval of ur ODU
@AirtelNigeria@NgComCommission please help our business. We can’t pay for 50mbps and all we get is kilobytes or max 5mb for days. And even after being rectified, no compensation for loses. This is sad

@NgComCommission it is really really frustrating paying @AirtelNigeria N30,000 for an unlimited 20mbps. After several complaints, all I get is fair speed at night & 0-1.5mbps during the day. Right now, I am on @MTNNG subscription just for my business to run. Pls help

@AirtelNigeria after a frustrating 2 months: feb & March of paying N30,000 without good internet experience, i ran to other network then to returned yday to Airtel. It’s still d same. I can’t even open 30 seconds video on X @AirtelNigeria pls this is affecting my biz
@AirtelNigeria I use your 4G smartbox. I spend N30,000 monthly on the 20mbps “unlimited” subscription. It is frustrating how my monthly experience turns out. I can’t even enjoy ordinary whatsapp status let alone instagram without feeling frustrated. Pls help us nahhhh
