@Juniorradracer Sorry about that. We can also potentially gift some of your progress back, if you can remember what maze you were on and/or what items you had. I know it’s not ideal. We’ll be adding cloud save to Mowing Mazes soon but I know that’s not much help in your situation.
@Juniorradracer Yeah, Mowing Mazes doesn’t have cloud save yet sorry. If you send a support email from your old phone using the support button in the game, it will send through the details we need and our support guy, Mikey, might be able sort it out for you.
@kafelixx Yeah, that’s right. You’ll need to play for a bit and win a few Kongs first I believe. It’s been so long since I’ve personally worked on Sling Kong! 😅
@nyaaery@protostarDean When we first released the game it was unlimited, but when players got lots of them it kind of broke the flow of the game (and the game’s economy). So, in an update we limited them to one of each type. (If you already had more though, you kept them).
@PamVenhoff Sorry, we weren’t able to add any new Winter items this year, so there was a bug for people who already had all the Winter items from previous years. Rest assured if you’re not getting any presents it’s because you already have all available items.
@tomsarsfield Unfortunately, like you said, we still haven’t implemented a cloud save feature so we can’t get your save game back. Our support guy may be able to help gift some of your missing content and/or league progress if you send an email via the support button in the options screen.
@submarine_racer That does sound like a problem. How many Summer parts do you have? You should be able to see that in your Album. (If you have all the Summer parts, the sunflowers won't appear).
@HauntedDreamsMN @protostarDean All regular items should be available year round. We unlock seasonal items whenever we do events and we always include items from previous seasons. Eg. The next Summer event will include all items from previous Summer events as well.
